Summer time is Salad time as opposed to Hammer time...

Love this combo for a summer salad:

bacon
gorgonzola cheese
mushrooms
asparagus
balsamic vinaigrette dressing 



Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 c balsamic
1/2 EVOO
1/4 c honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
dash of cinnamon
